Tyson was great! Made sure we were taken care of while trading in our camper for a new one. Gave us his cell for any questions we may have and actually answered when we needed anything.

Worst place ever for service. This place is an absolute JOKE! Trailer has been back twice for same issue on AC unit. Dropped it off September 25 to have AC unit warranty and swapped along with changing the tankless hot water system. You do not get updates, you call or text Jeremy he will not respond but shows messages have been read. A month into them having trailer I asked for update and said they have been covered up and I understand that so replied no rush just checking. Was told we will have you finished up by end of week. Never finished! Now getting into the cold winter months and I asked if it was complete and if my trailer was winterized…. No reply! Months later checked in again and was told they were waiting to hear from trailer manufacturers( which manufacturer said the could not reach Jeremy which I believe neither could I) on where to get the hot water heater again incompetence shows… first thing for 1 when you google that system tells you Lowe’s! Another excuse to not be finished! Now we are in April 26 8 MONTHS LATER!! Still not complete so I go and get the dang water heater myself and drop it in the trailer. Go to pick ul the trailer after telling them I have to have

Don't fall for the bait and switch, a 10k posted camper was almost 20k when went to see, offered cash price not finance.... High pressure sales and would buy used before here.

Broke connection on bottom of fresh water tank. Parts and service did not offer any solution other than a while new tank. Found spin wells fitting and used HH-66 glue for fix. Major service center should be able to actually spin wells fittings into tank. Let alone offer glued solution. Disappointed they pushed costly solution over 15 minute needed solution.

Im not happy. I have had my RV serviced at the Chattanooga location only since buying it. I will list the issues I've had with the service department with the most egregious first that I found. My issues are with the actual work done and when I made a complaint in the past the service manager was most rude. And corporate never followed up on my complaint just pushed me back to the location mgmt. I'm a disabled veteran and have difficulty doing my own maintenance and inspecting work done if I have to remove panels to check what was done.  Nonetheless I have had to lately as I no longer trust that the Chattanooga service center is doing quality work. First is the biggest safety issue. Several months ago I had an electric transfer box that the generator/store power etc had a burnout of one of the lines. I had to stay in a hotel for several days while a new box was ordered and installed. Last week, as I looked for a water leak (more on that in a moment)  I removed the panels in the storage area under my 5th wheel.  The electrical system has another short, so the underlying problem was never addressed. Addionally the new box was never installed properly and the safety cover of th
